At Burning Peace Candle Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:

• Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

• Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, used or partially burned candles, and any personalized/custom products are non-refundable.

• Damaged Items: If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your item free of charge.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

• Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. and free shipping on orders over $75. International shipping is available with calculated rates at checkout.

• Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

• Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before shipment.
